Thank you for shopping with Digitart Invitation. We sell both digital graphic products and physical products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Digital Products (No Return / No Refund)
All digital products (including invitation videos, graphic designs, templates, and downloadable files) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Reason:
Once a digital file is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned or revoked.

2. Physical Products (No Return / No Refund)
All physical products sold by Digitart Invitation are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Physical Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong physical product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
After verification, we may offer:

A replacement (if applicable)

Store credit (at our discretion)
No cash refunds will be issued.
4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once work has started (for digital products).

Physical product orders cannot be canceled after shipping.
